BACK HOME AGAIN (in Indiana)

Gallery Hours: Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays: 12-4pm
I left Indiana in 2012, vowing never to return. For the next decade, I worked for museums and galleries across the globe, including California, Wyoming, Illinois, North Carolina, UK, and South Korea.
It didn’t matter where I went, I always found the Midwesterners, and they always felt like home. When COVID came, living in downtown Chicago no longer felt tenable, and I was called to find Home.
Never did I think that Home would be living a few miles away from the hospital where I was born.
This exhibition is a love letter to Home. I am thrilled to partner with Patrick Hull and his team from Vertical Gallery in Chicago to present almost 28 artists from 6 continents all musing on what home means to them.
On June 21st, Vertical Gallery and The Wall Muse are honored to present “Back Home Again (in Indiana) at RePublic. We hope you’ll join us.
